Connecticut’s HangTime Organization, in partnership with the CT Department of Correction; CT Office of the Arts, SHPO and Museums; Career Resources, Inc., and the Re-Entry Collaboratives of Connecticut are proud to announce The Connecticut Hall of Change. This unique, first-of-its-kind project was created by HangTime’s founder, Charles Grady, in Spring 2020.
The Hall of Change is designed to recognize and memorialize those formerly incarcerated men and women who have made substantial contributions to Connecticut communities since their release.
Eight individuals from across CT will be inducted into the inaugural group of awardees.
